All delivery charges stated are for UK mainland destinations only. We will ONLY deliver Showers within the United Kingdom.
Free Delivery applies to UK Mainland locations only. Additional charges will be applied for all other delivery locations. Please call for delivery charges to The Highlands, Isle of Man, Jersey, Ireland and other off-shore destinations.We offer a number of different delivery options on smaller items ordered online (Standard Delviery, Special Delivery, Courier etc). These options and their costs will be displayed during the checkout and payment process.
Deliveries over 30kg (Shower products)
Items are delivered via a pallet delivery service direct from the supplier in all instances. Items will arrive on a pallet and dropped as close to your building as possible. The driver will not unload the pallet into your property, it is your responsibility to unpack and check the items as well as store them ready for installation.
Upon completion of your order, we will contact you to arrange a delivery day. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, and exclude Bank Holidays.
Once the delivery date has been confirmed, you cannot cancel the delivery without incurring delivery costs. Within 24 hours of delivery you may in some instances delay the delivery by contacting us. We will confirm if this is possible on a case by case basis based on information from the supplier.
Failure to be available to receive your order on the pre-booked and agreed delivery date will result in a re-delivery fee. Where the Goods or order we sold inclusive of delivery (or free delivery) a re-delivery charge will still apply. For most Mainland destinations and most AquaLusso shower products this cost is approximatly £50. The re-delivery cost MUST be paid for BEFORE re-delivery is booked.
Items to be signed for an arrival require the recipient to be over 18 years of age to sign for the delivery.Please allow time after the delivery will be made to FULLY and CAREFULLY inspect the Goods within 24 Hours of Deliver and report to us ANY and ALL concerns you may have. Failure to check the goods and report damages or concerns on time WILL incur costs for this to be corrected.
DO NOT BOOK YOUR INSTALLERS/S TO START INSTALLATION ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY
We ask that you check your delivery soon after arrival to ensure it is as you ordered.
Check the model, its colour and size carefully. Check that there are no damage or missing parts. If you find anything that you are not happy about, please contact us by telephone or email within 7 days of delivery.
If we are notified of parts that need to be sent/replaced, we will get these to you as fast as possible - but it may take a few days. For this reason we ask that you do NOT book your installer or remove your old facilities without allowing time for this to happen.
Other large items, such as bathroom suites, baths etc, may de delivered direct from other locations. These items may be delivered on a pallet or hand delivery. Delivery is normally 2 days, but may be up to 7 days from order if the Goods are in stock. Where the item is out of stock and has a 'due date' this will be detailed not he website and re-confirmed upon placing your order.
Please note that orders placed after 12 noon may not be dispatched until the following day. All dates are week days and exclude Bank Holidays. As with all deliveries, delays can occur for a number of factors beyond our control.
